We mainly focus on maintaining and improving existing WordPress websites, but we can also build new sites if needed. Most of our clients come to us for regular updates, fixes, or performance improvements.

We offer flexible WordPress Maintenance Plans that include regular WordPress, plugin, and theme updates, cloud backups, security monitoring, malware scans, website health checks, issue fixes, and ongoing technical support.

We currently offer three types of WordPress Maintenance Plans:
WordPro Essential Maintenance (One time)
This is a one-time maintenance service ideal for website owners who need basic website care. It includes WordPress and plugin updates, a full website backup, and enhanced security improvements.
WordPro Performance Booster Plan (Monthly retainer)
This plan is designed for ongoing website maintenance and support. It includes weekly updates, daily cloud backups, malware scanning, security improvements, website monitoring, weekly reports, and support for fixing reported website issues. This plan also includes up to 10 Help Desk requests per month.
WordPro Premium Care Plan (Monthly retainer)
This plan is designed for websites that require advanced performance optimization, priority support, and deeper monitoring. In addition to everything included in the Performance Booster Plan, it also includes speed optimization, Core Web Vitals monitoring, more frequent backups, priority issue resolution, and additional support coverage. This plan includes unlimited Help Desk requests per month.
Please note that SEO services and complex custom development work are not included in our maintenance plans.

Help Desk Support is available on our Performance Booster and Premium Care plans. It covers smaller WordPress-related tasks that typically take 30 minutes or less and can be done from your admin dashboard including:

Yes! If you are on the Premium Care plan, you can submit unlimited 30 minute Help Desk tasks. There is no limit on the number of tasks you can send, and we will complete them one by one.
On the Performance Booster plan, you can submit up to 10 Help Desk requests per month.
If a task appears to take more than 30 minutes, we will always check with you before starting. In many cases, we can break the work into smaller 30-minute sub-tasks and can handle them one by one.
If the task is too large or complex to split, we will provide a time estimate and explain any additional costs in advance. Extra hours are available at discounted rates depending on your plan, giving you a flexible and affordable way to complete larger tasks without unexpected surprises.
Our core support team works remotely from India and is available Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM IST. We always try to respond as quickly as possible and aim to complete most Help Desk requests within 1 to 2 business days. Requests are handled in the order they are received, while urgent issues are given priority.
